All outstanding payments will be taken from the nominated card. In all cases, a minimum £100.00 refundable deposit is required in addition to the hire charge. Cash / Cheque deposits cannot be accepted under any circumstances. The credit / debit card used must be that if the hirer who signs and agrees to the terms of the rental agreement.
Insurance / Collision Damage Waiver
Unless customers own insurance is supplied with prior arrangement and approval, the Hirer is fully covered on insurance provided by Gill Bradley Vehicle Hire Limited. The Hirer is fully covered on insurance. Payment of the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) reduces your excess contribution by £500.00 in the event of damage being incurred. The standard excess is £750.00 although this figure can alter depending on the age of the driver, the type of vehicle hired, endorsements, previous accidents and driving experience. Overhead damage, damage to tyres, windscreens, wheel trims and upholstery are not covered by the damage waiver, the hirer being liable for the full cost of repair. Collision damage waiver is not available to those customers who opt to use their own insurance.

For Business Users
You may drive our vehicles using you own company's fleet insurance cover, provided we have approved this in advance. In this event, only the restrictions of your own insurance will apply. It may be worth noting that you will attract cheaper rates when providing your own insurance. Ask our rental staff for details.
